<p>APREAMARE 10 from 2001, Spanish flag 6th list, VAT paid. 9 pax</p>

<p>This boat was used as a water taxi in the Balearic Islands from 2005 to 2015 with the previous owner, and since then, after a major refurbishment, up to today with the current owner. The boat is based in a port in the Balearic Islands, under the port authority, and has a permit for waiting, boarding, and disembarking at 3 different locations.</p>

<p>The boat can be sold with the website, the telephone, and the client portfolio. It is not incorporated.</p>

<p>It is a legendary vessel in the islands, well-known and respected by major gastronomic and hotel entrepreneurs on the island and highly regarded by the Port Authority, Maritime Captaincy, Civil Guard, Customs, and Maritime Rescue. The boat spends 6/7 months in dry dock, and in winter, it can remain moored if desired (the mooring is in the name of the boat and is renewed annually).</p>

<p>The captain has performed all the usual maintenance tasks and added a new bimini and new awning, "international" antifouling April 2024, change of anodes, and the entire new hydraulic flap system, as well as the anodes and engine services.</p>
