<p>The spacious and well-lit interior, highlighted by its elevated central cabin, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with a smart layout that includes a full kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and living spaces both on deck and inside.</p>

<p>A very spacious and pleasant central kitchen/living area since this boat was designed for year-round sailing, thus intended for spending more time inside the sailboat.</p>

<p>The upholstery in the salon as well as in the forward cabin was redone in 2022.</p>

<p>It features a complete kitchen with a large-capacity refrigerator and an almost new oven replaced in 2020.</p>

<p>All bottom valves were changed in 2022 along with the fresh water hoses, and the batteries were checked at the same time.</p>

<p>The boat requires several maintenance works such as antifouling, changing the genoa in the coming years, replacing the windlass relay, and revising the bimini.</p>
