<p>LAGOON 40 from 2019, owner's version (never chartered), French flag, 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms, very well equipped, ideal for offshore sailing and/or living aboard with great autonomy. Lagoon "Comfort Pack." "Elegance Line" interior finish. Almost all options! VAT paid.</p>

<p>Autonomy: double diesel tanks (2x200 liters), double water tanks (2x300 liters), 12V desalinator with self-rinsing (105 l/h), seawater faucet, 4 solar panels with Bluetooth monitor (938W), 2 lithium house batteries (600AH total, installed in 2021), 220V inverter (2,000W), water heater with "low power" resistance option for use while sailing from batteries/solar panels</p>

<p>Safety: offshore liferaft (8 people), EPIRB beacon, AIS transmitter and receiver, radar, sonar, electronic barometer, primary Rocna 25 anchor (100m chain), secondary Fortress FX-23 with leaded line, 4 fire extinguishers and CO and fire detector</p>
